Tonight we reviewed the HelloFresh Firecraker Meatballs. My son had this at a friend's house a few months ago, and has been requesting it ever since. Finally, it was on the menu this week, and it did not disappoint!
I've been having my teenagers take turns making the HelloFresh meals, and my son was in charge of this one. He was pretty excited for us to try this, and the directions were easy for him to follow. The prep time on this one said 10 minutes, although it took him more than twice that long. (He's still slow to peel and chop!) My only complaint was that my delivery was missing the Panko bread crumbs. We ended up improvising and using some regular bread crumbs in the panty, which worked out fine. This meal was pretty filling, and it made quite a bit. We had enough left over for a lunch or two. Overall, we agreed that this one rates at least an 8.5 (possibly a 9, according to my son!). Very kid friendly, with a comfort-food vibe. Give it a try! Here's a link to the Firecracker Meatballs recipe on the HelloFresh site, if you want to make it yourself--my son has already requested that we do that soon! https://www.hellofresh.com/recipes/firecracker-meatballs-5f31854afa44aa0ad05fbec3?q=firecracker+meatballs
