This Firecracker Meatball dish may be my somewhat picky son's favorite HelloFresh meal. In fact, I am pretty sure I may have already blogged about this one. When I saw that Firecracker Meatballs were on this week's menu, I knew I had to order. The sauce is so good, and these are really pretty quick and easy to make. You could definitely re-create this meal on your own, which I plan to do. One thing that helped immensely with the prep was using this cookie scoop--not sure why it never occurred to me to do that before now. Am I the only one who has a thing about touching raw meat? In any event, it really made this meal come together quickly.
This meal is one of the most family-friendly Hello Fresh meals we've ordered--all of us really enjoyed it. (There were no leftovers!) Any time I can find a meal my son will eat enthusiastically, I am on board! In fact, when he found out this one was going to be in my order, he looked forward to it all week. Seriously, order this one!!

So, if there is ONE thing that I use almost every time I make a HelloFresh meal (or really, any other meal, for that matter), it's got to be this wooded salt and pepper cellar I bought on Amazon. It sits on my counter next to the stove at all times:
I wanted a wooden one like I'd seen on a cooking show, and this one had a 5 star rating (with a ton of reviews). It comes in so handy, and it looks great on the counter. If you are in the market--try it--you won't regret it!
