Last night we reviewed HelloFresh's Spicy Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry--this one was a winner!! (In fact, my husband said it was his favorite so far!) My son really liked it, also, although he wasn't quite as enthusiastic. This meal reminded me of Chinese takeout, albeit a healthy-dish version.
The entire meal took less than 30 minutes to pull together, so this one would be great for a busy week night. I used about half of the ginger that was recommended--only because that's typically the way my family prefers. Otherwise, I followed the directions as written. The serving sizes were pretty large, and we had about one full meal leftover for lunch the next day. This one says "spicy," but wasn't too overpowering, in my opinion.
My advice,,,if this one is on the menu--try it!
